About

One trusted relationship instead of twenty-five.

Most homeowners don’t have a clutter problem, or a contractor problem, or a maintenance problem. They have a management problem — too many things about the house that only they can handle, and not enough hours to handle them.

Cleared Homes was built around a simple idea: you shouldn’t need twenty-five relationships to keep a house running. You need one company that knows the other twenty-four.

Cleared Homes has two founders. Kimberly, co-founder and lead organizer, has worked with homeowners for more than thirty years — kitchens, closets, whole houses, estates. Jeffrey, co-founder, handles everything else a house needs, from the roof down, and coordinates it around her.

We start with whatever is most urgent — a basement, an estate, a listing that can’t go up yet — and we earn the right to handle more from there. Some clients hire us once. Others hand us the calendar and stop thinking about the house entirely.

A house can easily hold twenty or thirty years of accumulated things. Seen all at once, it’s overwhelming — which is why most people never start.

What organizing gives back is smaller than people expect, and it shows up every day. The trips back and forth across the kitchen for a fork, the salt, a glass. Nobody counts those. They add up anyway.

How we work

We sort before we discard.
Nothing uncertain leaves the house without your say-so. Photographs, documents, valuables and keepsakes get handled deliberately.
We price in writing, before we start.
Scope, sequence and cost up front. If something changes mid-job, you hear it from us before it becomes a line on an invoice.
We show up ourselves.
The people in your home are the people we work with on every job — not day labor found the morning of. You will know who is coming before they arrive.
We stay discreet.
What we see inside a home stays inside it. That matters more in this work than in almost any other trade that enters a house.
We don’t pretend to be every trade.
We don’t do licensed electrical, plumbing or roofing work. We know who does, we’ve vetted them, and we manage them for you.
